Thierry Delarue was appointed Group Senior Vice President Strategy, Business Transformation, and M&A in July 2015. He works closely with the Regional CEOs, the functional leaders and their respective teams to accelerate Rexel’s business transformation and the implementation of the Group strategy.
François Thuilleur was appointed to the newly-created position of Group Senior Vice President Marketing, Digital and Operations in February 2016. His appointment reflects Rexel’s determination to accelerate the implementation of a truly customer-centric strategy by establishing single-point accountability at the Group level to drive the alignment of functional plans with strategic resource allocation. François Thuilleur is also in charge of leveraging Rexel’s business platform, unique strengths and global assets in the areas of strategic supplier development, category management, international account management and customer development, as well as in the area of investment in its digital capabilities, business efficiency and operational excellence.
